However, if you are not satisfied with a service or encounter an issue, our refund policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.


1. Eligibility for Refund

A refund request can be raised in the following cases:

  • The service was not delivered due to the professional’s unavailability or cancellation.

  • The service was incomplete or not performed as described.

  • You were overcharged due to a billing error or technical glitch.

  • The professional failed to arrive at the scheduled time and did not reschedule within a reasonable period.

Refunds will not be applicable:

  • If the service has been completed and accepted by the customer.

  • For change of mind after service confirmation.

  • When the issue arises due to incorrect information or unavailability from the customer’s side.


2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of service completion or cancellation.

Our team will review your request and verify the details. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.


3. Service Cancellation

  • Customers can cancel a scheduled service before the professional is dispatched to the location for a full refund.

  • If cancellation occurs after dispatch, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of service progress.

  • In case of cancellation due to technical or platform-related issues from our side, you will receive a 100% refund.


4. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed only through secure online payment modes — such as UPI, credit/debit card, or wallet balance — used at the time of booking.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate the matter by contacting our Grievance Officer at zhninfotech@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all refund-related disputes fairly and transparently.
